1, Hydraulic/Pneumatic System Maintenance for Fish Feed Production Line (Universal for All Production Lines)

The die head adjustment, feeding door switch, and various valves of twin-screw extruders are mostly controlled by hydraulic/pneumatic systems. System failures can lead to equipment malfunction. The core of maintenance is to prevent oil/gas pollution, leakage, and blockage.
1. Hydraulic system: Check the oil level and cleanliness of the oil tank daily, ensuring no emulsification or impurities; Clean the hydraulic oil filter weekly and replace the hydraulic oil every 6 months (recommended anti-wear hydraulic oil LHM 46); Check whether the hydraulic pipelines and joints are leaking oil, and whether the seals of the hydraulic cylinder are damaged. If there are leaks, replace the seals in a timely manner to avoid insufficient pressure;

2. Pneumatic system: Check the air pressure of the air compressor daily and maintain it at 0.60.8MPa. Drain the drain valve daily to prevent compressed air from carrying water and damaging the cylinder and solenoid valve; Clean the air filter and oil-water separator every week, check the solenoid valve and cylinder for normal operation every month, ensure no air leakage or jamming, and apply a small amount of lubricating grease to the cylinder piston rod.

2, Maintenance of the electrical control system for the fish feed production line (to prevent moisture, short circuit, and poor contact)

The humidity in the fish feed production workshop is relatively high (for drying/cooling equipment to remove moisture and cleaning equipment to use water), and the electrical system is prone to moisture and short circuits. Maintenance should pay attention to dust, moisture, and loosening prevention.
1. Daily inspection: Check whether the indicator lights and buttons of the distribution cabinet and operation panel are normal, whether the touch screen is not stuck or black, and whether the wiring terminals are loose or overheating; Check whether the motors of each device have abnormal noise, overheating (temperature rise not exceeding 70 ℃), and whether the grounding is firm;
2. Weekly cleaning: Use compressed air (low pressure, below 0.3MPa) to clean the dust inside the distribution cabinet and the motor cooling fan. It is forbidden to directly clean electrical components with water; Wipe the operation panel and touch screen with a dry cloth to prevent water from entering;

3. Monthly inspection: Check the frequency converter PLC, The working status of core electrical components such as relays, no alarm from the frequency converter, and normal operation of the cooling fan; Check the insulation of the circuit to avoid short circuits caused by aging or moisture;
4. Special protection: Place desiccants (silicone gel) inside the distribution cabinet to prevent moisture; Electrical components and motors in the production workshop should be waterproofed and splash proof to prevent water from splashing in during equipment cleaning.

3, Management of vulnerable parts in fish feed production line (advance stocking, standardized replacement)

The vulnerable parts of the twin-screw fish feed production line directly affect production efficiency and product quality. It is necessary to establish a vulnerable parts ledger, stock up in advance, and replace them in a standardized manner
1. Core vulnerable parts: twin-screw, barrel, die head, cutter, feeding screw, screen mesh, scraper, hopper;
2. General vulnerable parts: bearings, gaskets, coupling elastic pads, belts, chains, nozzles, filter cartridges;

3. Management requirements: Record the usage time and replacement frequency of vulnerable parts, and adjust the replacement cycle according to the production materials (such as hard materials that will accelerate wear); When replacing vulnerable parts, it is necessary to use original or matching specifications of accessories to avoid a decrease in equipment accuracy and component wear caused by non-compliance with specifications.
The above is the maintenance of the hydraulic/pneumatic system, electrical control system, and vulnerable parts of the fish feed production line. The normal operation of the fish feed production line relies on the cooperation of every link, so every detail of the fish feed production line should be maintained properly.
